Industrial Rock Music Crosses Over to Recovery Help In a GOOD way

by guest on Nov.16, 2009, under Blog

Industrial music has nearly always been darker, more negative, yet this is beginning to change. There is this really cool recovery music I stumbled across by Matt Soren recently that has a fresh perspective on electro-rock. His CD is a mix of recovery music and the concept of beating addiction.

There are some song previews on his site at www.inspiringrock.com. It sounds like the mixes are temporary in lou of final tracks. They sound professional to me but that’s just my opinion. It is cool to find more music like this written particularly for addiction recovery in a more aggressive way from an addict that has been there and is making an impact for others in addiction. It’s nice to have this type of synth-rock coming from the industrial scene which is typically darker in nature. Got to love that!

By the way, he has free tracks you can get from his site and more in his members area which is all no charge. I also saw discounts, album art, and other stuff. It will be nice to hear the album once it is released. Good stuff!

Pay as you go mobile phones

by guest on Oct.28, 2009, under Blog

Working in a cell phone store, I get quite a few people who wander into the store, tell me how much they hate the concept of cell phones, and wander right back out. I can’t help but wonder why they felt the need to even enter the store if that was their opinion, but that’s neither here nor there.

Just the other day, an older lady came into the store, full of questions. She will be taking a road trip through several states in the upcoming summer and she said that her family wants her to have a cell phone. She doesn’t want a mobile phone, other than just for that trip. While all of the mobile phone carriers don’t have a plan that allows customers to just have a phone for a few weeks. But, pay as you go mobile phones do allow for that luxury.

The appealing nature of pay as you go mobile phones is the fact that you can activate it and pay only what you want, whenever you have the need. This woman may end up spending $100 up front for a phone and as many minutes as she feels she needs, but once that is paid, she’ll only have to purchase minutes in the future. That’s the cheap part. Let’s say that she only takes two trips each year that she feels that she would need to have the security of being able to make phone calls.

Pay as you go mobile phones would be ideal for her, or anyone else like her. In fact, if she doesn’t use the minutes that she purchases on her first trip, they don’t expire. She just may find that she doesn’t need to purchase more minutes again for her next trip.

Every single week, I hear someone telling me about how making the choice to purchase a pay as you go mobile phone has helped them. Perhaps their car broke down in the middle of nowhere or they were lost while driving to a particular destination. Back in the good ol’ days, you could trust a passerby when you had a flat tire. Nowadays, you just can’t have that same level of trust. I’d rather sit in my car and make a phone call, waiting for someone to arrive to assist me.

If you have a pay as you go mobile phone, that ability is yours. Of course, many people own cell phones that they use daily and pay for monthly. Perhaps they have a need for daily cell phone usage. But, for people like this particular woman who doesn’t want the hassle of having to pay a monthly payment, getting a pay as you go mobile phone just may be one of the best decisions she can make. I’m sure her family will be absolutely thrilled.

You can find more info on mobile broadband at www.bestmobilebroadband4u.com and also at pay as you go mobile broadband. There you will find more info on this exciting new Internet enabled medium.

by guest on Sep.08, 2009, under Blog

The hair truly is the crowning glory for both men and women. Unfortunately, both men and women may suffer from hair loss to some degree. This can be a major cause of insecurity which in a lot of cases can change the way you relate to people and perform your daily life tasks. This is why it is important for you to find out how to prevent hair loss. One product that seems to be popular these days is Provillus. Since men and women experience hair loss differently, Provillus has separate products for men and women. With proper and consistent use, you could protect your crowning glory from disappearing completely.

Prevent Hair Loss the Right Way

A lot of men dread having to go bald. That’s why solutions that seek to prevent hair loss are becoming more popular. The treatment theories surrounding each of these solutions however differ from each other. You should therefore try to understand the nature of hair loss first before picking a solution. Among men, more than 90% of hair loss cases are attributed to androgenetic alopecia. Men who are genetically predisposed to baldness have more of the testosterone by-product dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which attacks the follicles and causes hair loss. If you want to prevent the condition, you should look for products that can block DHT.

Aside from taking care of your hair, you therefore need to make sure that your body gets the right nutritional building blocks that can fight hair loss. Aside from eating right, you could try some natural hair loss remedies.
