Some cool tips and ideas on creating an elegant home
by guest on Jan.07, 2010, under Blog
Creating the perfectly comfy home demands a lot of your time and effort. There are so many things you need to take into consideration, especially if you are inexperienced at it. There are some very basic ideas to know get you started.
The primary issue to look at is the personalities of the people that are in the house. If you are single then you simply want to look at your own personality. For couples, the personalities are very usually opposites. One might be outgoing and the opposite conservative. Be ready to compromise when making decisions on style and color.
Browse through magazines and design books to induce an idea of what you actually like and what makes you comfortable. This really offers you the visual you need to think with when it will come to coming up with your own rooms. If you’ve never designed a room before, it can be intimidating watching those blank white walls trying to work out what you’re going to try to to in there. Magazines will really help a nice deal there by helping you decide on an inspiration space as a guide.
The color of the walls can set the mood for the space thus really take your time on that one. First start with the colors you like. If you have already got furniture or have some in mind, look carefully at the colours in them. You can draw upon some of the colors in fabrics you will use in the room. If you’re having hassle deciding, then go back to the magazines or books and see how the walls are painted and look for the color accents within the furniture and how all of them relate. If you are using a picture of a space as your inspiration then it will be a heap easier to get the colour just right.
When you set your furniture items in the area, keep in mind the flow of the area you are in. You don’t want to create a area too little or choppy looking. Usually you recognize if it is not quite right. Rearrange until it’s right. Bear in mind the dimensions of your rooms also, which means if it’s a little er space don’t try and squeeze huge king sized beds or dressers in there. Keep it all in balance and uncluttered to feel great when you are in your rooms.
Accent pieces go a long way in completing the look of a room. Plants and fresh cut flowers are great to put into any space. They have life in them that provides a comfy feeling to any space. A crystal vase or candles will also soften a room. Framed posters or print and paintings on the walls are an age old custom of design. It’s an essential element that will never go out of style. Coach Tonal Carly
by guest on Nov.28, 2009, under Blog
Let me introduce you to Carly. Carly lives larger than life. She is trim and light. Really she is pretty cool! The first Coach was originally designed after a brown paper bag, did you know that? Since 1962, inspiration for Coach’s handbags and purses has not changed much.
Now more then ever it seems we are in need of a larger purse, handbag or tote that is practical yet functional enough to conceal prosaic items we cannot leave behind. Besides the mundane everyday squibs such as a cell phone, wallet and keys, we do on occasion need to carry things we want to keep undisclosed. What could a woman want that needs to be kept concealed?
Coach Bag Carly Signature secretly wants to be with Mr. Handsome but doesn’t want to show him that she has already prepared to spend the weekend hanging out with him. I mean you could prepare a tote bag and hide it in your car just in case. Then when he invites you to be his company for the weekend, you run out to your car to fetch your tote but that is not classy is it? Sort of kills the moment don’t you think?
Coach Tonal C Carly isn’t like that. She can keep a secret about the necessities and unmentionables that are hidden in a woman’s purse so Mr. Handsome doesn’t think you are trying to move in. The Large Carly Leather Signature purse, tote or handbag zips tight to keep a woman’s enigma furtive.
Could you imagine being out on a date with a tote that doesn’t zip? Oops, your bag tips over and your unmentionables are laid out for the world to see. How embarrassing! He looks at you, sees your pajamas and toothbrush and suddenly he remembers he was suppose to meet Mr. Guys-guy down at O’Connell’s for his birthday. Don’t be cheap, be discrete or you will send Mr. Handsome running to Mr. Guys-guy all because you didn’t want to spend a little extra money on a Coach. We don’t always know what life will bring so being prepared is being practical without looking like Allison Reynolds (Ally Sheedy) from The Breakfast Club.
Seriously, there are two ways to mess around. It’s called cleaning up the mess around the restaurant floor after spilling the intimate contents from your purse. Then there is cleaning up the mess trying to explain to Mr. Handsome that your intentions were good. I don’t know about you but I don’t feel the need to explain myself to Mr. Handsome.
Besides Coach’s Carly Large handbags serving our greater purpose, the Coach Carly Large Signature comes in many different colors, patchwork art designs and canvases. The classic Coach Carly large Authentic Khaki/Black Purse Handbag and Signature Denim patent trim Carly Large are my personal favorites. I love the size and durability of these bags as well as the crinkle patent leather trim and signature lightweight fabric.
Carly Large is made with Coach’s patent leather or canvas material in the traditional colors, brown and black but she also comes in an array of different patent leather patchworks, colors and canvas designs. From summer blues, whites and pinks to holiday browns, reds and oranges.
Coach Carly Handbag is not just a Coach, she’s a lady!
