by guest on Jun.26, 2010, under Blog
Have you ever had trouble brainstorming niche ideas for your next website? Do you regularly suffer from analysis paralysis when sifting through long keyword lists? It’s about time you made things easier on yourself. Go graphical with your niche research and check out the Google wonder wheel…
Niche marketing has really come of age in the last couple of years. Plenty of people have been making good money in niche marketing for some time and those people, being the early birds, made more money than most catching those worms. But don’t sweat it, there’s still plenty of room for everybody to get into the niche marketing game. The number of niches waiting to be tapped is endless.
One of the biggest problems many niche marketers face is actually coming up with ideas for new niches. It’s a bit like the writers block syndrome. Some days you just seem to have no inspiration whatsoever. Maybe you are suffering from analysis paralysis or maybe it’s the fact that you had one too many beers last night! Whatever it is Google is coming to your rescue.
Recently announced over at Google is this fantastic new tool which they are calling the Google wonder wheel. It’s a graphical representation of the relationship between key phrases associated with your initial query. It gives you a great insight into Google’s relational databases and you can see at a glance how Google thinks key phrases relate to each other. Can you say “create Seo friendly content easily”?
You simply tap in your top-level key phrase and the Google wonder wheel returns a graphical “wheel” of related terms. You can then drill down into these related terms as many levels as you like. The graphical nature of this interface makes it very easy to identify sub niches and subcategories inside your main niche. Drilling down through as few as three levels you will almost always find fantastic ideas for sub niches.
This stuff is just waiting to be monetised and I found it much easier navigating through the wonder wheel then painstakingly picking through CSV files downloaded from Google’s external keyword tool. I highly recommend you give it a try. I’m sure it will make your niche research efforts go much more smoothly.
Everyday Thoughts for GPS Device Tracking
by guest on Apr.07, 2010, under Blog
When you’re like myself you just simply loath it when you misplace your cards, iPod, the old Christmas tree that your mom ordered for you and sometimes even your kids? Don’t you see the frustration? Take this, we are within the 21st century with all the current technology of which man doesn’t even require nevertheless continues to exist. Take that Blue-Ray for example. After all it’s completely attractive but then it isn’t cheap. The idea tends to make me desire to jump off a bridge just thinking of the cost!
Anyway, I digress! My spouse and I still find it genuinely necessary for our trips, I just want it for pretty much every thing in my own everyday living. Just like the kids for instance. It would be great to have it inside their phone for instance like the types in the news. These modern day spy devices that can bug anyone simply because as a mother or father, it really gives you serenity realizing their location and having the ability to drive to them in case they are in need of you.
I guess it could benefit both ways also because if I’ve got a GPS on me, and they know in which I’m located, they could reach me in a hurry. It is neat for household emergencies. This gave me an inspiration. It could be nice to have for any surprise party too! You’d find out where exactly the person you’re preparing a big surprise for and the item might make it easier to cue everything. Well, I reckon that that may be a bit too extravagant for the use of gps vehicle tracking. I’ll simply be smiling when I’ll be able to find my cards. That is, if I don’t lose the device which tells me where it is too.
