Earn cash Online From the Massive Advertising Industry
by guest on Nov.30, 2009, under Blog
If you are really serious and want to earn cash from home, you have several choices of business models. Actually, you have many choices about how to make money from the Internet. That is normally a good thing, but there is a dark side too. Here’s why. Some people get into a state of non-action called analysis paralysis. It means they spend too much time over-analyzing a potential business that they never actually do anything about the business. This results in them taking no action at all.
To avoid this type of inaction and actually earn cash online, you must take action on something. If you fear that you will lose money, then limit what you spend. Make that decision before you do anything at all. That way, you will cap your potential loss. After that, you can concentrate on actually starting an online business that will make you some money for a change.
One business model that has been making the rounds, is to actually get paid to read advertisement. Looking on from the ouside, this does not appear lucrative at all. Come on! How much can you actually make from clicking a few advertisements, or going to a few websites? Actually, it appears that this business model has some value in it, but you will have to dig a little deeper to find it.
Let me clear up one misconception first. One of the business models most often associated with the paid-to-view advertising model, is the paid-to-surf model. In this case, you will join what looks like a regular traffic exchange program, but you would buy advertising packages for cash, then earn a rebate after faithfully clicking on advertisements for a certain number of days. This model has been tried by many people, and huge problems have been encountered. I have one thing to say about this business model. If the program is domiciled in the USA, it is going to get shut down by the State or Federal authorities. It is not a matter of “if it will be done”, but rather a matter of “when it will be done”.
No, what I am talking about is the other type of paid-to-view advertising. If you join one of these programs, you can earn cash online without having to buy an advertising packaging yourself. Afterall you are looking to earn money, not spend money advertising. Viewing an advertisement may just pay you a penny or less. Obviously, it will take a lot of time and patience to get any type of wage, that is worth your time or effort.
The not so obvious profit centre is just below the surface however. The real money comes from recruiting others to do what you are doing. As they look at ads, you get paid too. This can add up to a significant sum. I will make no judgement on this business model whatsoever. Many have claimed significant success with it, but you will have to find the few that work to see if you too can get paid to surf the web.
An Overview of Cystic Fibrosis
by guest on Nov.30, 2009, under Blog
Cystic fibrosis affects over 30,000 children and adults in the United States. Many people are carriers and may not know it. The disease affects the mucus producing glands of the body. Cystic fibrosis also affects the respiratory, digestive, and reproductive organs as well as the sweat glands in the body. The normal, thin, liquid lining the passageways to the digestive and respiratory areas of the body becomes blocked when that normal lining turns thick and begins to block the passageways to these parts of the body.
Cystic fibrosis is the most common hereditary disease in Caucasians in the United States. Nearly ten million Caucasians in America are carriers of the mutant gene that causes the disease and are unaware of that fact. Caucasians have a higher risk of getting cystic fibrosis although the disease has been detected in all ethnic groups. Breaking the statistics down so we can understand them is this; one in 31 Americans are carriers of the disease and have no symptoms to identify them as carrying the defective gene.
It is devastating to a parent when their child is diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. They may feel guilt because this disease is an inherited medical condition. A parent may not know they are a CF gene carrier. If both parents are carriers there is a 25 percent chance one of their children will be born with cystic fibrosis. There is a 50 percent chance one or more of their children will be carriers, and a 25 percent chance the child will not be diagnosed with cystic fibrosis.
Note: People should consult a doctor before taking any medical advice.
